Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours.
Provide clear photos.
Replacement or refund will be arranged.
Refunds
Visa payments: Refund processed within 7–14 business days.
COD payments: Refund issued via bank transfer or wallet after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
